PAAVATI:
A Voucher level accounting software for Zilla Panchayat Accounts
section. The software helps in reconciliation of ZP expenditure. |

ABHILEKHALAYA:
A software package for the Office of the Deputy Commissioner,
designed to aid easy and fast access to the files / records in
the record room. Important details of each file, like date of
opening, file no, date of closing, file-subject, etc are all
captured and stored in the computer database. With the help of
the search utility in the software the data stored on the
computer database could be used to search and locate files in
the record room with great ease and speed. |

AYUDHA:
This software package enables monitoring of licenses issued for
arms and weapons. The software is designed to capture
information pertaining to the activities in respect of arms
licenses like New registrations, Re-registration / Renewal,
Transfer and Cancellation. Reports that could be generated are
Check list for verification of data entry, List of non-renewed
licenses, List of active licenses, Arms-type wise list of
licenses, Application category wise licenses, License Issuer
based lists (if licenses are issued from different states). |

MEGHA VARSHA:
The software is designed to capture daily rainfall recorded in
all the rain gauges of district and reports generated on daily /
weekly / monthly basis for effective monitoring of the rainfall
received. Graphs / charts can be generated having comparison of
the rainfall received with the average rainfall. There is a
provision to transmit data to Drought Monitoring Cell and other
departments at Bangalore, on a daily basis. Various reports /
charts like Taluk wise totals for a given period, Weekly
rainfall recorded, Monthly rainfall recorded, BAR Chart for
rainfall recorded on a particular day can be generated from the
software. |

E-DASTANU
This is software package to monitor receipt and issue of
consumable stocks at the District Bhoomi Cell. Data pertaining
to receipt and issue of stocks is captured by the software and
stored in a computer database. The software generates various
reports that can be used to monitor stock utilization at the
taluka offices. This is also being used to monitor the stock
inventory at the District Bhoomi Cell. |

PUBLIC GRIEVANCE:
Software to capture grievance received from different sources
like, CM’s Janata Darshan, DPAR, Media and others. Software
generates acknowledgements, forwarding letters. Various reports
on the pending cases based on various parameters, application
status could be generated to empower the District Administration
in the speedy disposal of the grievances. |
